Image credits & copyright

The imagery on our developer profiles helps readers picture a developer's track record — the districts, towers, and projects it has actually delivered. This page explains where those images come from, how we attribute them, and how a rights holder can ask us to correct or remove one.

Where our images come from

Photographs and renders shown on developer profiles are drawn from publicly available developer material — official developer websites, public press and marketing material, and other public sources. They are reproduced in good faith, at low resolution, for the purpose of independent commentary, research, and identification of the developments discussed. We do not claim ownership of this third-party imagery, and its appearance here does not imply any endorsement of, or affiliation with, Research Cambodia by the developer or the image's owner.

Attribution

Where the source of an image is known, we credit it directly in the image caption on the profile (for example, “Credit: OCIC official website”). Our use of these images is intended to fall within fair-use / fair-dealing principles for research, reporting, and commentary. If a credit is missing, incorrect, or you would prefer different wording, tell us and we will fix it.

Takedown & corrections policy

We respect intellectual-property rights. If you are the rights holder (or act on their behalf) and believe an image on this site has been used without authorisation, or you simply want it removed, email us and we will act promptly — typically removing or replacing the image while we review the request.

To help us act quickly, a DMCA-style notice should include:

The specific page URL and a description (or screenshot) of the image in question.
Proof that you own, or are authorised to act for the owner of, the image's rights.
Your contact details.
A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorised by the rights holder or the law.
