What we look for

- Transparent pricing, quoted up front.
- A real track record with foreign buyers in Cambodia.
- You can communicate clearly in English (and ideally Khmer).
How it works. We vet before we list, and
listings are never paid — a fee can't buy
a place or change an assessment. Where any commercial relationship exists, we disclose it
on your profile. Our independence is the whole reason readers trust the list.
