Not every foreigner settling in Cambodia is on the business-visa track. Retirees and self-funded long-stayers have their own routes — the ER retirement extension and, increasingly, the CM2H investor-residency programme — and they reward an agent who actually specialises in them rather than treating everything as an EB application.
